Edge is made of high carbon cobalt steel, integrated in 13 chrome stainless steel.
So it realised two important things.
1.The Edge offers good sharpness.
2.13 chrome Stainless steel prevent oxidation.
This knife has weight 180grs and 45mm wide!
If you want knife with enough weight, recommended this.
It is easy to use , and you can cut with less force.
Tsuba : This part is called Tsuba. There is no space between the blade
and the handle. So keep clean, and prevents corruption. High-class kitchen
knife always has Tsuba.
Knife Type: Chef Gyuto
Gyuto means "Meat Cutting Knife ". But this is used for Meat, Fish and Vegetables similar to Santoku. Also known as Chef's knife.
