Description
Hand-forged VG10 Damascus Santoku knife by Mr. Shinsuke Kamo, the third generation of the Kamo blacksmith family from Echizen city.
The hammered blade has a beautiful finish like a work of art, and it is very sharp! It is rust resistant, so easy to maintain. Mr.Kamo is one of the craftsmen who make the highest quality forged knives in Japan.






- Blade : Cutting edge VG10 steel (product of Takefu steel Co., Ltd.) is one of the best steels for Japanese knife. (1)Very hard and sharp , (2)superior edge retention (3)and has oxidation resistance. HRC = 60-61, Chromium =15%-16%. And the VG10 steel cutting edge is integrated into stainless damascus steel.
- Handle : Rose wood.

- Do not use for any frozen foods or bones.
