Description
This knife has a unique design from the Misuzu blacksmith family, it has a different shape than other knives.
The 21cm straight blade is made of VG10 steel, it is very sharp and rust-resistant. The traditional Japanese shaped handle is made of brass and lacquered wood. (Brass and lacquer have proven antibacterial and antifungal effects, so they can be used hygienically.) The blade has sufficient lengths and lightweight. Recommended for cutting various ingredients such as meat, fish and vegetables.

Big knife that I use to cut fish. It’s very well balanced and easy to use. It’s also sharply and well done in the complex. Shipment and costumer service on the top.
I do like it. It arrived on time and in great condition. Thanks
